Primary care focuses on preventing illnesses or conditions before they can develop. The goal is to avoid disease through screenings, preventative exams, pap smears, breast exams, health education, and lifestyle changes. If you do develop a chronic disease, our board certified family nurse practitioners are also trained in chronic disease management. We assist our patients in managing chronic diseases that may include:

We offer direct primary care packages that provide relaxed appointments and access to your provider night or day to assist you for a price that's less than a cup of coffee a day. Your subscription includes a yearly physical, unlimited primary care and sick visits, and labs at an additional discounted rate. We are currently accepting new patients.
